District Court of Western Australia

The District Court of Western Australia commenced operating in its new purpose-built CBD headquarters in Hay Street at the beginning of last month.

Light Application is proud to have been chosen to provide the Dynalite lighting control system to the entire complex which includes 24 Courtrooms, 5 Hearing rooms, 18 mediation conferencing rooms, onsite café, Offices, Prisoner Interview & Holding rooms and High Tech detention facilities.

Project Architects Cox Howlett and Bailey Woodland, in conjunction with SKM consultants, Multiplex facility management and Everett Smith Electrical Contractors chose the fully Australian made Dynalite system to provide lighting control to the 16 level complex.

Light Application also provided a full custom written lighting interface based on ControlSoft, to the Court Room Allocation Management System, (CRAMS) through which the entire complex is managed.
