140 William Street

Work on the 140 William Street office development is well underway.

CBus Properties is developing the $220million project, which will see the construction of Western Australia’s first five-star Green Star rated office building. Light Application is very proud to have been chosen by Nilsen Contracting to provide Dynalite’s new “Ecolinx” Lighting and Energy Management structured wiring solution throughout the project.

Dynalite’s Australian designed and manufactured “Ecolinx” system vastly reduces labour onsite, and increases the flexibility, functionality and ultimately the achievable energy savings for the complex, without increasing the overall cost.

Designed by Hassell Architects, with Bassett Engineering providing the Electrical Consultancy, the complex includes a three-tiered, high rise building of 6, 15 and 20 stories and refurbished heritage buildings which provide approximately 36,000sqm of office space and 8,000sqm of retail space.

The project will be a leading example in sustainable building design in Western Australia, creating a new business and shopping precinct, bound by Wellington Street, William Street, Forrest Place and Murray Street Mall, with access to the William Street railway station.
