Spring View Towers Boundary Wall Artwork

This beautiful piece that spans the length of the Spring View Towers boundary wall was created by Stuart Green back in 2014.

Stuart engaged Light Application on the original project to assist with the artwork lighting. Our team supplied pureLED Flexi 60 Addressable RGB Strip to illuminate the artwork from within, highlighting the detail of the patterned perforations. The team programmed the system with subtle movement to flow through the piece.

Recently, the Council of Owners at Spring View Towers decided to bring the now ageing boundary wall back to its former glory. They engaged Light Application directly to plan and execute a full audit and refurbishment of the system. The team conducted thorough inspection and testing and formulated a refurbishment plan to restore the feature, cost effectively. Light Application coordinated the complete process. We re-used our existing luminaires which remained in good condition, and replaced poorly performing electrical components with new hardware, at a standard of quality greater than the original installation. The refurbished system is now expected to provide reliable operation well into the next decade.
