Light Application are very proud to announce that they have been chosen to provide the comprehensive Dynalite lighting and energy management control system for the new 16 level District Law Courts currently under construction in central Perth

The project whilst initially specified with a different lighting control system, requires very sophisticated lighting control and energy management of the entire complex including the courts, public spaces, holding cells, judges suites, offices and meeting rooms. There will be significant interfacing with the BMS, Security/Access system, Court recording and management system, multiple Audio Visual systems and yet provide ease and efficiency of “end user” control. Light Application was able to demonstrate that the Dynalite control system could natively provide all of the specified requirements along with real enhancements to the control and functionality and hence was awarded the project.

The Western Liberty Group’s ongoing design and construct role also incorporates the provision of 25years of management of the complex, so it was critical that the initial lighting and energy management control system was of the highest quality, and capable of extensive expansion and programming refinement over time.

Electrical consultants SKM along with Electrical contractors Everett Smith were very happy with the proven track record of the Dynalite system in recent similar large sophisticated projects such as the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, and the Woodside building.
