The apartment complex originally designed by Collier Menkins Pickwick, has now been taken over by Arccon (a division of Zorzi Builders), with Barbe Interiors working with BCA consultants to create this landmark project on Mill Point Road South Perth, right on the edge of Sir James Mitchell Park. Full integrated control for common areas and individual apartments is being designed and provided by Light Application for all sub systems, including lighting, security, HVAC, motorised curtains, video intercom and security cameras, motorised gates and doors, floor heating, access control, background sound, Home theatres, Pool and spa control.
