Support Files

ControlSoft may need various support files to access all features

Windows XP and Windows 2000 Professional tend to come with all support files built in and are highly recommended for this reason.

Other Support Files:

If you are running: Windows 95 DCOM95.EXE
    MDAC_TYP.EXE

If you are running:

Windows 98/ME or

MDAC_TYP.EXE
  Windows NT4.0

ControlSoft UnRegister:

To Unregister ControlSoft on a PC All Operating Systems UnRegisterCSoft.EXE

The following files may only be necessary in some scenarios and should only use them if instructed to do so, though downloading them and installing them should not cause any issues, they are simply updated Microsoft Library Files.

Database Library Files JET4.0 DB Engine for Win9x/NT SP5 JET40SP5_9xNT.EXE

  JET4.0 DB Engine for Win 2000 SP5 JET40SP5_W2K.EXE

Visual Studio Run Time Files SP5 VBRUN60SP5.EXE

Often, some unique situations are difficult to diagnose. This can often be solved with a sledgehammer approach by installing other software that includes many of the latest Microsoft Library Files, Internet Explorer is one such application. If you are experiencing problems try installing the latest Internet Explorer.
