Operating Systems Supported ControlSoft has been written for Microsoft Windows 32 bit Operating systems, there are some limitations depending on ControlSoft's intended use, and some operating systems may need support files.
ControlSoft Will Run on and is Supported On: Windows XP Professional Windows 2000 Professional SP2 Windows NT4.0 SP6
ControlSoft Will Run on and is Supported in a Limited * way on: Windows 95 Windows 98 rev b Windows ME **
ControlSoft will NOT run on: Anything else! Including : Linux, MAC, UNIX or Windows 3.11 for Workgroups

ControlSoft will operate and run on Windows 95/98 but may need some support files. Further to this, ControlSoft should not use these operating systems if it is intended to run Server, or if it is intended to run for long periods unattended or scheduling events. Windows 95/98 are fine for occassional use situations where the system will be started to diagnose, make a few changes and then shutdown. The sort of use that you would equate to using a wordprocessor or spreadsheet. |
